Esteemed poet and novelist Robert
Morgan uses his gift for beautiful writing

Boone: A Biography ($29.95), a sensitive
and penetrating examination of the life
of America's first and most enduring
frontier hero. Daniel Boone, genuinely
remarkable and appealing in his own
time, is just as fascinating as legend.

Northshire Bookstore Review Reviewed By... Liz Barnum
An exceptionally moving, compassionate, beautifully written memoir, Brother, I'm Dying by Edwidge Danticat is not to be missed. It is the story of two brothers, her beloved Uncle Joseph who raised her until the age of 12 and her father who fled Haiti eventually bringing his family to live with him in NY. Danticat is a powerful writer whose prose is simple but magical and you should not miss her latest book.
